Freedom Friday: What "truths" are you repeating about yourself?
My teaching segment from my Feb. 29th Pop Up Coaching Booth
I’m starting a mini-series on Fridays that features a longer teaching clip (5-15 minutesish) from either my Pop Up Coaching Booth or my Legendary: Quantum Leap series.
Why?
Because these clips are FREEDOM, baby! It’s time for your freedom!
I think you need to hear this, and that’s why it’s here.
Here’s what prompted this particular clip:
Just before our Leap Day Coaching Booth session, a Legendary client wrote in with an amazing question that I think you might identify with - I certainly did, especially when I was just getting started on my own personal development path.
She wrote:
“I know I’m supposed to say the opposite about the loser stuff I’ve been telling myself all these years - and I’ve been doing that … I’ve been SAYING the opposite … but the undertone is that I’m not FEELING it when I say it. It’s like I know I’m lying to myself.”
In the above clip, I dive into what’s behind this “lying feeling.” Main points I cover:
Why your “reasonable, reasoning” mind is not your friend
Past training that creates this “lying” feeling
Exploring the “truths” you repeat about yourself
Your own built-in Perception Kaleidoscope
The turning point that happened to Bob Proctor
The difference in feeling “real” truth for yourself
Why shifting to the “real truth” about yourself is easier than you think.
